the misuse of masculine sexual energy

men grow up inside stories
that were never rooted in wisdom.
stories created by other men
who were speaking from ego,
not from the body,
not from truth.

they are told that masculinity
is measured by release,
that their health depends
on how often they empty themselves,
that their strength comes
from proving something
to no one in particular.

and so sexual energy becomes
something to expend,
not something to understand.

they are taught to pour out
what was meant to sustain them,
to waste the very force
that could build their lives,
fuel their creativity,
anchor their purpose.

no one tells them
that sexual energy is life‑giving,
that it is meant to be directed,
not drained.

instead, they inherit theories
that turn women’s bodies
into places of release
rather than connection,
and turn private habits
into nightly rituals
that leave them depleted
without knowing why.

young men grow older
feeling tired, unfocused,
disappointed in themselves,
wondering why their ambition
never became reality.

they do not question
whether the constant draining
of their own energy
has left them hollow.

they do not ask
whether the exhaustion they carry
is connected to the way
they were taught to use their bodies.

and some become so conditioned
to their own patterns
that intimacy with a partner
no longer awakens them.

disconnection becomes normal.
medication becomes a substitute
for presence.

this is not failure.
this is conditioning.
this is what happens
when men are taught ego
instead of embodiment,
release instead of direction,
habit instead of wisdom.

and it is possible to return.
to remember that sexual energy
is not something to waste,
but something to channel
toward creation, purpose,
and the greater good.

when a man learns to hold himself,
his life begins to rise.
